On November 12, 13 and 14, 2020, second edition of the Epaulée Nantaise in Nantes.

Nearly 40 dinners are organized in the restaurants, always with the same concept: a dinner with food and wine pairing from the guest winemaker.
An evening with 4 hands, which is much more than a simple evening at the restaurant, since it is based on values of solidarity and support this year for the catering sector.

Chef Jérémy Guivarch, from Restaurant Gwaien in Nantes, invites Vincent Caillé for the dinner of Thursday, November 12.
